Time as a relation between clocks
Personal research, born between the physics I studied in Pisa and music. What if time were not a flow, but the way rhythms compare with one another?
The Resonance Code
The second edition of the book: sixteen chapters on rhythm, clocks and time, written for musicians and the curious. In Italian and English, with a free preview.
It's ready and coming soon to Gumroad.
The ideas, in four drawings

The lab
Spaziotempo relazionale is the app where musical distances become geometry: a three-dimensional harmony explorer, with a synthesizer and MIDI control.
Discover Spaziotempo relazionaleWhere the research stands
The research is ongoing. The technical papers are drafts, not yet public; the book tells their ideas for a general audience.
Il tempo come relazione di fase
A manuscript that reframes spacetime from a single postulate, namely that every observer moves at the speed of light through spacetime. Time becomes a phase and the metric a matrix of mutual rates between clocks.
Spacetime as a network of clocks: the mutual-rate matrix as primary object
Draft paper. It takes the matrix of mutual clock rates as the primary object, proves a theorem on its rank and derives a bound on the so-called gravitational second clock effect from published strontium-clock data.
